Delivery and Exchange Policy

Delivery Terms

  • 1There will be a delivery fee of S$8.00 per delivery.
  • Your order will be processed, dispatched and delivered to the address in 3-5 working days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during peak periods (October to February) and festive seasons, there may be 1-2 days delay.
  • Contact number is mandatory upon checkout so that our delivery provider will notify you when your parcel is out for delivery.
  • Kindly ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Sagana International Pte Ltd is not held responsible for purchases delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect information provided.

Exchange Policy

  • Goods sold are exchangeable within 14 days with the order number as proof of purchase. This is only applicable for defective or incorrect item received.
  • The exchange will be done at 61 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, #05-10 Shun Li Industrial Park, Singapore 417943.
  • Exchange is done by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please send an email to with your exchange information and we will schedule an appointment for you.
  • We accept size exchanges which can only be done for the same item.
  • Goods returned for exchange MUST be in ORIGINAL condition, i.e. not washed and/or worn, not altered, not ironed and in original packaging.
  • All items sold are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where an exchange of size is required and the items are unworn.

The company reserves the right to amend the delivery terms and exchange policy without prior notice.

Those changes will be posted on this page.

Delivery charges do not include re-delivery fee.
